Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management
Engineer for a remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM and Event Management solutions
that meet business requirements
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM, including workflows,
business rules, and data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide
technical support for solutions
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its configuration
options
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITOM best
practices
Experience with CMDB and provisioning practices
Working knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM methodology
Accredited Bachelor's Degree
