Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Policy and Operations Senior
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of healthcare and application data using analytical
tools to track applications and identify trends
Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, and
standard operating procedures to support program operations
Utilize various information systems to validate and verify data,
reporting findings in a meaningful way
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health policy, public health, public
administration, or a related discipline
2-3 years' experience in federal or healthcare consulting in a
client-facing role
Ability to absorb large amounts of technical and policy knowledge
independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Solid analytical skills and experience with data analysis
