Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join
their Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, and customer success
data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain accurate, real-time reports and dashboards to
track key performance metrics
Assist in bookings forecasting and pipeline management by providing
data insights and scenario analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or
data analysis (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment)
Experience working as a partner to senior leadership and presenting
to executives
Demonstrated track record of driving value out of systems and
tools
Business acumen and domain expertise in revenue operations related
to B2B or B2G
Process improvement expertise with a focus on efficiency and
ROI
