Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager for the
Northeast and Southeast regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives and BDRs
to meet sales objectives
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets
and identify new opportunities
Evaluate and enhance sales processes for improved efficiency and
effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in senior inside sales management with
remote teams
Experience in inbound and outbound lead acquisition and process
improvement
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Experience in forecasting, sales process, and pipeline
management
Working knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Spin
