Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer & Application Support
Consultant to join their AMER Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service and technical support to Splunk App
developers and maintain positive customer relationships
Troubleshoot technical issues and establish solutions while
creating and maintaining quality knowledge articles
Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and product
supportability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Technical/Customer Support or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of the Splunk platform, preferably with Splunk
Cloud Certified Admin certification
3 years of experience in Splunk Admin with a proven track record of
producing successful Splunk Apps or Addons
3 years of experience using Python, UNIX (Linux), Java, .Net, Shell
scripting, and Splunk REST API
Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern application
architecture
