Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Ambassador - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers,
pharma, and providers
Manage inbound and outbound communications while ensuring service
level agreements are met
Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare
providers and patients to enhance program satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
5+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship
management, or customer support
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility in
scheduling
Proficiency in using information technology and various
databases
