A company is looking for an A/R Representative - Healthcare
Revenue Cycle Management.
Key Responsibilities
Call payers to investigate denied or incorrectly paid insurance
claims
Work with multiple practice management systems and respond to
client inquiries regarding unpaid claims
Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance client
collections and prioritize work efficiently
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts
receivable
Experience using Epic or NextGen software is highly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a strong customer service mindset
Ability to work in a competitive environment with a sense of
urgency
