Job Description:
A company is looking for a mid-level Producer to lead a
cross-discipline development team in creating content for a new
game title.
Key Responsibilities
Lead production efforts for multiple portions of the game and its
live service
Establish clear goals and a creative vision in collaboration with
directors and leads
Communicate with stakeholders to identify risks and drive processes
to meet quality targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Production role in games or software
development
5+ years of experience developing and executing project plans
3+ years of experience leading and motivating teams
Experience shipping at least 1 AAA title
Strong understanding of agile development values and practices
