Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to assist
customers with inquiries and issues related to their products.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
professionally
Educate customers on best practices for using the system and assist
with technical support
Maintain knowledge of internal applications and assist with quality
assurance testing of new features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business
development, or a related field
At least 2 years of operations and customer service experience in a
customer-facing role within the software industry
Experience in a Customer Support, Account Management, or Quality
Assurance role within SaaS or technology
Experience learning technological systems quickly
Passion for customer experience and helping customers succeed
