A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Project
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver specific projects and tasks to support new
initiatives in climate, energy, and nature
Identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows to improve
organizational effectiveness
Coordinate the design and implementation of new operational tools
and processes, monitoring their progress
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in nonprofit operations and/or project
management across various operational areas
Strong interest in operations and organizational development
High level of self-motivation with the ability to work
independently
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs in a
fast-paced environment
Commitment to an inclusive approach to addressing climate
change
