Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Counsel to provide
comprehensive legal oversight across multiple operating companies
and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on
legal risks across operations including healthcare, agriculture,
and technology
Oversee complex legal matters such as M&A transactions,
international tax compliance, and estate planning
Coordinate with external counsel and manage compliance frameworks
across operating companies
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school with 15+ years of relevant
experience
Active bar membership in good standing
Extensive experience in corporate, regulatory, tax, and transaction
law
Strong expertise in healthcare regulation and/or cryptocurrency
legal frameworks
Proven track record of managing complex legal projects across
jurisdictions
