the optimization of marketing systems, processes, and data to drive
efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Set priorities and manage KPIs to improve marketing operations
performance
Manage the marketing tech stack and ensure effective use of tools
across teams
Build scalable workflows for campaign creation, execution, and
optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related
field
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
Proven experience with sales, marketing, and analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and advertising
platforms
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
