Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to
lead their Practice Development engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and establish operating policies for
the engineering team
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects and
operational decisions
Coach and develop team members while managing technology vendor
relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field,
or equivalent experience
8+ years in Information Technology, including 5+ years in
Salesforce development and administration
3+ years of experience managing Salesforce engineering teams
Proven track record in delivering large-scale Salesforce
implementations
Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum
teams
