Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new provider
partners, ensuring seamless integration
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider
partners, building and maintaining relationships
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for each
partnership to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management, implementation, or
partnership management
Deep understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
Resourceful and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving
skills
