Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Field Service to lead
field service strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and optimize the service network by consolidating management
and delivery of field services
Drive field service strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with
company goals and performance metrics
Enhance customer experience through partner innovation and
collaboration with external vendors
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in field service operations, with at least
5 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in scaling subcontractor or franchise
networks
Proven ability to innovate service processes for scalability and
market expansion
Strong vendor management experience focused on
relationship-building and performance optimization
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
or a related field is preferred
