Job Description:
A company is looking for an R&D Portfolio Forecasting and
Analysis Sr. Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of resource forecasts to guide workforce
planning
Create new resource algorithms in collaboration with functional
leadership
Develop strong working relationships with functional leadership and
senior management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Doctorate degree with 2 years of related experience, or Master's
degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years, or
Associate degree with 10 years, or High School diploma/GED with 12
years of related experience
Experience in workforce planning and resource equation
development
Advanced user of data analytics software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
9+ years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related
field
Strong knowledge of clinical trials operations and drug development
lifecycle
