Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Define the claims design vision in partnership with key
stakeholders and executives
Lead the organization to build scalable processes for benefit
configuration and claims adjudication
Manage relationships cross-functionally to drive collaboration for
strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in claims and benefit management or data
analysis in healthcare
5+ years of experience in health plan administration
configuration
10+ years of experience building and developing technical or
operational teams
10+ years of experience in analytics with the ability to derive
insights from complex datasets
