Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Delivery (Salesforce Consulting
Partner) to oversee client engagements and lead a high-performing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement delivery strategy, processes, and
standards
Oversee client engagements to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and
quality delivery
Build and mentor a diverse delivery organization, fostering a
culture of growth
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting,
with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in leading delivery teams and complex
technology implementations
Experience with post-merger integration or high-impact
organizational transformations
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g.,
Agile, Waterfall)
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies
is highly desirable
