Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Manager to oversee client
service and manage a team of accounting professionals remotely on
the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client contractual service deliverables, including financial
reports and budgets
Oversee the monthly pre-close and close processes, along with
client billing for additional services
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor accounting staff while resolving
escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited
college/university
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or
Controller
Experience supervising an accounting department with at least 5
employees
Preferred experience in real estate, property management, or
outsourced accounting/bookkeeping
Hands-on experience with mid to upper-tier accounting software
